- PMP: can make bamboo torch from cattails
- PMP/TE: added bamboo charcoal recipes for PMP bamboo poles to redstone furnace.
- Added potash to "surface potash" ore vein definition.
- fixed Minetweaker recipes that use wooden bowls to return the bowls.
- IMC: disabled charged creepers randomly spawning
- JAS: reduced creeper spawn weight.
- JAS: adjusted spider spawn weights based on biome (none in ice, fewer in cold)
- JAS: adjusted slime spawn weights based on biome (fewer in dry slime chunks)
- JAS: slightly reduced skeleton vs zombie & spider spawn weights.
